Enrico has won the Best Trumpet category in the British Jazz Awards six times and is in great demand throughout Europe. He has a wide stylistic range and is known especially for his melodic invention and engaging personality. Playing with him tonight are four of the UK’s finest musicians:

Alex Garnett who gives his saxophone a “dark, husky” sound. He is a very versatile musician and a favourite with visiting American players. John Pearce is an acclaimed accompanist to singers and instrumentalists alike and has been a member of Scott Hamilton’s Quartet for over 20 years. Andy Cleyndert whose talents have led to him being nominated in the British Jazz Awards every year since they began! Bobby Worth has worked with many British and American star names as well as leading his own small groups.
